INTERVIEWER: Here I have the President, Christiyana Moore & Vice-President, Clarissa Powell answering a few questions about the vision for the Beauty Brand, PYNCROWN Cosmetics.

INTERVIEWER: Ladies tell me briefly how did you come up with the idea of PYNCROWN Cosmetics.

President: PYNCROWN was created as a collective idea amongst its three founding members, myself, Clarissa, & Yolanda N. McDaniels

INTERVIEWER: GREAT! What's the key to the three of you running this business.

Vice-President: We're family, we've had our whole life to understand each other and how to balance each other in our everyday life. So that familial bond makes our connection, even in business, seamless.

INTERVIEWER: It's nice to hear this is a family business, what principals do you take from your personal life as a family in to running a business?

Vice-President: We meet the needs of our family, if one of us is need & the other can help, we do it with no hesitation. We want our consumers to know; we provide these products with them in mind, as if they were also our family. We want to meet the needs of our supporters by providing quality products, that highlights each individual's uniqueness.

INTERVIEWR: BEAUTIFUL, just a few more questions. How did you come up with the name, PYNCROWN?

President: Yolanda suggested it, the color PINK is Clarissa & I's favorite color. Plus, we all agree that your individuality is your CROWN. We're here to help celebrate it!

INTERVIEWER: If your Brand were a person, how would you describe their personality?

President: Classy, Elegant...

Vice-President: Danty!

INTERVIEWER: What gap were trying to fulfill in this industry when you launched?

Vice-President: There's an age gap. Theres a lot of brands that tailor to certain age demographics, leaving others to feel like some products weren't made with them in mind. PYNCROWN has something for everyone. Believe it or not the new age, middle age, and seniors like a lot of the same things. For example, I got similar reactions from a 70-year-old as I did from a 7-year-old when they both bought the same lip gloss. They LOVED it!

INTERVIEWER: If you could collab with any other beauty brand, which would it be?

Vice-President & President: MAC!

Vice-president: It's a CLASSC! It is a trailblazer for the foundation of the beauty/cosmetic industry.

President: Fenty too.

Vic president: Yes! FENTY does a great job of making sure every type of person is represented in their products.

INTERVIEWER: Last question, in 10 years, where will PYNCROWN be?

President: Supported by millions of people world-wide, more products...

Vice-President: Especially Skin care products & products for men as well.
